Abstract:
This thesis considers the issue of forced labour within the supply chain as a means to understand the regulation of corporate social performance as applying to companies within the UK. Three regulatory approaches to enhance corporate social performance in the prevention of forced labour within the supply chain are considered stemming from international, domestic, and comparative sources. This thesis concludes by proposing a number of recommendations for reform.
