Abstract:
Eight Year 3 (7-8 Year-old) pupils participated in a Year-long study that investigated their moral and scientific thinking when taught socio-scientific Issues. The study was undertaken whilst the researcher was also the partcipnats’ full time teacher and conducted in a classroom setting where the whole class of twenty-four children were taught three schemes of work designed by the researcher.
