Abstract: | |||||||
In this thesis, A6K, A9K, G(IIKK)3I-NH2, the fluorescently FITC-labelled A9K and G(IIKK)3I-NH2 amphiphilic cationic peptides have been intensively studied to evaluate their interactions with eukaryotic cell and in particular their selectivity towards cancer cells. A possible usage of these cationic peptides as delivery vectors of small nucleic acids molecules was also investigated.
