Abstract: | |||||||
Low molecular weight gelators are highly versatile molecular building blocks which have proven uses in many applications, however none have been proven useful at sub-zero temperatures. Using a library of known hydro and organogelators we have shown that these molecules have the ability to enhance the effects of anti-freeze fluids in winter conditions.
