Abstract:
This thesis extends the role of Physical capital through learning in the long run using R&D growth model. It shows a new paradigm for human and physical capital in R&D growth model with vertical and horizontal innovation. It also examines the effect of competition as psychological threat of entry. And finally it shows how comparison utility function can be used to model the impact of R&D Cooperation.
