Abstract:
The skin is the largest organ in the human body forming a vast physical and immunological barrier to the external world. Leucocytes are an important component of the skin and are primarily located in the human dermis. Very little is known about how leucocytes along with resident keratinocytes, endothelium and fibroblasts regulate cutaneous immunity and tolerance.
