Abstract:
The ways in which State affairs are run in different countries, most commonly involve similar standard frameworks. Formulation of constitutions, policies and legislations that assist in providing guidelines for application and monitoring of the established rules and regulations are examples of such frameworks. What defines the flagship of each State, though, is not much to do with the nature of each State's constitution and policies, but rather the actual implementation of the respective constitutions, policies and legislations.
