Abstract:
Aim: To bring about the right environment in which members of the Metropolitan Police could learn and develop themselves so that they, the local community, and the Police Service would benefit. Outcome: The result produced something a little different! It showed that successful organisational change could be brought about using Action Research as a methodology together with an internal change agent able to use the skills and conversational tools of Self-Organised Learning and Learning Conversations.
